My wife and I had dinner with a drink. Service was great. Ordered drinks, naan bread and mains. They were served fairly quickly and the mains were great. Price was $ 40 for us both. Very happy.

I’m very happy with raviz, the food is great and the prices are just fine for a lovely dine-​in.
I live just minutes away from this place and i cantthink of any other cuisine when i have a yummy restaurant like raviz just down the road. just last night i bough peas pulao indian style only for 8.50 the quantity was nice and it was simple and delicious.
My favourite curries: paneer Makhani, veg jalfrazi, shahi paneer, veg manchurian, veg hakka noodles and chilli paneer DRY!
My favorite Entrée dishes: Paneer pakora, onion bhaji, mushroomfry and samosas ofcourse. oh yum. theres always something new you try
usually so afull after the entrée i can bearly gulp down my mains and hence i never order deserts. well try some deserts here and let me know how you go !!

Raviz is yummy cheap Indian food! This is my family’s local choice of Indian and I really would have to rate it. As boring as it sounds I just cannot go past their butter chicken and poppadum’s; unbeatable combination. The nan bread is also worth getting.
Located on the corner of Ladies Mile and Main Highway in Ellerslie, you cannot miss where Raviz is based. Many years ago I’m pretty sure it was a gas station and from its external appearance you can definitely see that it could have been. This area has now been turned into onsite parking.
What I think is great about Raviz is that they have a lot of daily deals. For example, on Sundays kids dine for free when accompanied by a parent. How cool is that! They also have great $ 12.95 lunch specials.
So come on down to Ellerslie and try some yummy cheap Indian, you’ll be impressed.

Raviz Ellerslie looks slightly odd from the outside, as it’s in what looks to be a converted service station. Don’t let this put you off too much though. The menu is large with all the usual western/​Indian options. They do the favourites; Butter Chicken, Madras, Tikka Masala etc. all pretty well. The Butter Chicken in particular isn’t too creamy and sweet. They also have a few slightly adventurous options such as Chicken Do Pyaza, and there are ‘chef specials’ if you’re into surprises. The servings are a decent size and around $ 15 — $ 17 per dish. We haven’t sat in to eat too often (again the interior is just a little odd, in an ex service station way) but if you call up to order, you don’t have to wait too long for takeaway
