Their merchandise are all original and brand new and their process in payments are also hassle free and quick. HOWEVER, that’s where the good things end. When it comes to doing repairs and meeting quality customer service experience, they fall short miserably. In fact, it’s safe to assume that the term ‘quality customer service’ is an alien term to them. Once they get your money, they could care less about everything else.
My wife’s phone’s screen broke and it’s still within the 6-​months warranty so we dropped it by the branch at Sylvia Park on the 31^st of January 2016 to have it repaired. We understand that the reason for it breaking will require us to pay for the repairs and we also deposited $ 45 as per their warranty repair terms. But that’s not our problem…
The problem is the time it’s taking for the repairs to be done and how it seems like the owner and their staff are coming up of excuse after excuse to delay repairing my wife’s phone. It’s already the 6^th of March 2016 when I made this post and her phone is still nowhere to be seen. Here are the excuses they’ve given:
— the courier misplaced the item
— the owner is sick so he’s not present and can’t comment or give an update
— the 3^rd party technician still hasn’t returned their calls for an update or at least the invoice on the costs and also won’t allow their contact number to be given
The last straw was on the 4^th of March 2016. They called us and gave us the great news that the phone was finally repaired and that we just need to drop by to collect and pay for the repairs. We go then they tell us that they made a mistake and that it was someone else’s phone that was repaired and that they’re «sorry».
My wife and I really don’t know what their problem is. We’ve been very cooperative and patient with this matter but for some reason, the owner and the staff just doesn’t seem to give a flying fuck. Maybe there’s an ongoing in-​office gag or some bet on how long we’ll snap and get a lawyer for this or a Disputes Tribunal.
Bottom line and TLDR; excellent product line-​up. ROCK-​BOTTOM AND NON-​EXISTENT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I’m normally a patient person but almost a whole month to repair a simple broken screen? Patience is not an excuse to deliberately delay something. You’re not supposed to take advantage of your customer’s patience and in fact, should inspire you to work a little bit more faster considering the amount of excuses you’ve given already.

I don’t know why I had a slightly unsure feeling when I decided to purchase my phone from here. I guess compared to one of the service provider stores it is slighly less reputable. What brought me here in the end was a slightly cheaper price and I liked the fact that the phone was not locked to any particular network. It turned out that all my scepticism upon purchase was completely unwarranted, the phone still works perfectly to this day. I don’t know why the Sony Android phones are not more popular. They have the same processing power as anything in the Galaxy range, better cameras and HDMI outputs. This place also sells a lot of premium brand perfume. I wouldn’t know for sure but I bet that it is at least a little cheaper than Smith & Caughey’s across the road.

This is where I came to purchase my android mobile phone. They have the goods and they have the best prices in town.
Boy am I glad I kept the proof of purchase receipt though because this weekend my phoned died, dead you know! No help from the support desk just the advice to go back to where I got it from for troubleshooting.
Once again, the staff behind the counter were really friendly, helpful in organizing an adequate temporary phone in the week to 10 days the repair will take. What I’m miffed about is that it will probably be returned to me in its factory settings, arrgh!
This store has perfumes, cameras, tablets, external hard drives and many accessories to go with your electronics. Price wise, you are hard pressed to beat them. The products, in my experience the product, is genuine and until now absolutely no gripes.
