Trying to do the right thing, I booked myself in for a teeth cleaning session at Northcross Dental Care. The dental assistant was cute enough and the dentist looked the part, but what he did next was the reason for losing my business. Noticing that my teeth are more unique than others’, he decided to take some x-rays for his own interest, an interest that ended up costing me $ 400. That is $ 400, for something he wanted to see, x-rays that could have been gotten through a phone call and an e-mail. Obviously he is an overpaid of portly stature, and surely couldn’t fathom the fact that for some people $ 400 might be a lot of money for something as trivial as this. I paid my bill, but they will not con another cent from my wallet. And as for the teeth cleaning part, I could have done better myself with a toothpick and a bottle of scotch. Plus it would have been cheaper and more enjoyable.
