Great gym, has all the usual Les Mills stuff, i.e. classes. It is next to the Meadowland shopping center. Lots of parking, and eating options before and after(not sure if thats a good thing or not). The gym is smaller than the ones in the city, and a little on the older side, but is well kept and clean. Has multiple rooms for different fitness classes. There is a cross-fit room, RPM room, boxing room, women’s weights room, large group class room, squash court, aerobic room and weights room. Has 1 – 2 of every exercise machine, but can imagine it can get pretty crowded during peak hours. Exercise classes are Les Mills quality, but they get filled up pretty quick. Partly due to the smaller size rooms. Has a coffee bar, a member’s lounge. The shower room can do with an upgrade. The biggest selling point for me is the child minding service, open from 8 – 11 most days except for Sundays.
