Had to get my boba tea fix so I was practically skipping when I found this hidden gem.
Had the pearl milk tea which honestly was pretty average. I would like to see them hand make these to order rather than premade batches. But they did customize based on the amount of sugar and ice I like to have in my tea, it was generously filled with boba (pearls) and service was quick, friendly and with a smile. I’d like to see how they grow in time.
For $ 5.50 NZD for a regular size, it is also very fairly priced.
Check it out if you are passing through and have a boba addiction like me to satisfy.

This is another of the chain that is beginning to pop up here in Auckland. The first appearing earlier on this year on Queen St. This one unlike the aforementioned which is located on the main street of the city is in the foodcourt in the Westfield St Lukes mall. That must help with business somewhat. Anyway service was good, it has all the usual drink selections as the other one and you can add toppings or more sugar if so wish to your drink. I had the new one called Wintermelon Mousse and added a topping of pudding. It was delicious!!! You definitely can’t go wrong coming here for some liquid refreshment.

I always passed by Chatime and was really curious about the bubble tea (yes, I had never tried bubble tea !). When I finally tried was by far one of the most surprises I’ve ever had. I was really sure I wouldn’t like that much but I was wrong! Their tea is just amazing and addicting! I had the pearl tea, which I guess us and iced earl grey tea with milk and the tapioca balls at the bottle, not sure though but I’m really sure the tea was really good and yes I’m definitely coming back to try the large range of flavours!
