I’ve been here once and I had no complaints. We went to just get a general idea of pricing and options regarding flooring a room in the house. The guy in there gave a rough estimate without actually taking measurements at home, which was helpful. I noticed there was a lot of variety there, from the cheap/​average quality to the best of the best.
The only thing is that carpet court is a bit pricey, at least compared to another company we visited. But I guess their variety and the weight of their brand makes up for it.
