Gone is the black stallion and green branding of old, in with the new, blue ANZ at my local banking branch.
Now that internet banking is the easy way to go I don’t really pop into the bank on a regular basis however, what is great about the recent National Bank and ANZ Bank merger is that, aside from the colour change, things don’t appear any different to me the customer.
I am greeted by the same old friendly staff who are working hard behind the counter. They are still offering my family and I great personable service.
My children are now old enough to play a more active role in their banking and they’ve been happy with the down to earth service the good guys at ANZ Glen Eden give.
