Bergen needed this! Fresh sushi, made to order, in the most central location in the city. Entering from the southwestern entrance to the shopping centre, you walk strait into this tiny sushi bar /restaurant, that can seat 13 people. Although it is a perfect spot to pick up a take away order, you won’t regret act enjoying your meal in the restaurant. From a «window» seat, you can combine people watching with eating good sushi in a relaxing atmosphere. Take is even topping it with the most pleasant and heartfelt service I’ve experienced in Bergen in a long while. I had two maki rolls, which both looked and tasted very good, and a cup of free green tea to go with it. Thumbs up for Take, I really hope they will«survive» in Bergen for a long time.
