vacation alert!!! run away!!! do not stay here!!! i’ve been traveling for over 40 years and have not had a worse trip in my life!!! pressure sales, deceptive practices, and horrible rooms. i had to move rooms 2 times. unpacked and repacked 2 times due to a/​c problems and ended up with a room with uncontrollable a/​c, that left the room with damp sheets and mold growing in the corners. oh yeah, and the phone didnt work!!! real handy when you are needing to find out when your ride to the airport is. our compensation was a fruit basket and wine that was lost by bell boy during the multiple moves!!! be sure to avoid the people in lobby sitting at there desks looking like the concierge’s. they are sales people regardless of what they tell you. they are there to direct you to the everyday timeshare meetings. why would a hotel alow them to set up camp in the lobby and bother guests as they arrive? bottom line is — i couldn’t wait to get home and relax in my clean room. thanks for wrecking my girlfriends birthday and our anniversary.
