We really wanted to like this place. The curb appeal is great, the staff was very nice, beautifully decorated very clean. The food was BAD. We tried the vegetable tempura, Zo rings, Shrimp teriyaki, a pizza, a crunchy roll, and some kind of a tuna dish. Again we really wanted to like this place! We drove by it and decided to stop in on a whim. It was a little sad because our waiter was very sweet and kind, but the Pizza was some of the worst I’ve ever had at almost 50 years of age. The teriyaki tasted like something out of a Chung King can, the crunchy roll was mostly rice, the pickled ginger was frozen, the wasabi was served in weird little tiny balls, the batter on the Zo rings was way too thick and you couldn’t quite tell what you were eating, the tempura was under done, but by far the best thing we ordered. The place has so much potential if they could just improve on the food! Sorry to the staff, you were kind I will give you that but I have to warn my American and Canadian friends with an english review, as of now, No Go Zo!
