Stayed here for 4 days in December 2014. Great, helpful people. Clean, comfortable rooms. We paid $ 65/night for 2 people. Cable TV, hot water, nice shower, even a small safe! Loved the hotel’s partly outdoor communal kitchen, plentiful drinking water, and rooftop deck with a great sunset view. There’s also a small pool! I loved the location, off the main strip but still nice and close to the water. We didn’t have a car and enjoyed the 10 – 15 minute walk into the city center along the waterfront. In addition to the oxxo on the corner, if you walk a few blocks on that street away from the city center, there are plenty of cheaper great little restaurants, and a fantastic tortilleria. We did a full day snorkel tour with the attached tour company. They were awesome, very professional and fun. Swimming with a whale shark and visiting Espiritu Santo island were highlights of our trip in Baja.

This guesthouse is set about ¾ mile outside the main part of La Paz. Right outside of the hotel is a 24hr oxxo and a gas station. Banditos is about 2 blocks away if you are in the mood for some bbq or burgers. So I was pretty much happy with the setting of this place. The common area has a stove, microwave, and a fridge free to use for all. Which is a great option if you have left overs or feel the need to cook your own food. There is no need to buy water as there are 2 water dispensers on the grounds. One by reception and one located in the common area. Connected to this hotel is Mar y Aventuras. So all your touring needs are here as well. This hotel does have wifi. This place also has a parking lot for its residents.
