What a find here in La Paz! Emilio & Francesca are delightful & obviously have live their motto. Best peach pie ever. My husband says the strawberry is his favorite. I say we’ll try them all! Stop and see them — it will make you happy!

Pies that are gourmet and Superb. Best pie I have had since 1972 when my Auntie Amy created her last fresh peach pie. Pies at Lolita are not too sweet. That’s the problem with most people’s pies they are too sweet. Emilio creates all his pies with just the right amount of sweetness. The scones are excellent too. The Quiche Lorraine are savory open pastry all unique with wild combinations of ingredients that include spices, vegetables, meats, eggs, and cheeses. Emilio is warm and entertaining. I ride my bicycle over to his adorable Lolita Pie Boutique, have a delicious desert with cup of latte then exercise to burn off the calories from these extraordinary pies with crusts that are made with real butter. «Bön Appetit»!
