Hotel Morales

Stayed 3 nights. This place is like staying at a museum. Convenient location; so many things that are walking distance. Simple, clean, and affordable. Would stay here again.

My wife and I really liked this hotel. Great décor and ambience. Very central location. Friendly staff. Very nice room. Breakfast buffet is strange but you can get an omelette; mostly Mexican dishes, pork and chicken and beans, but also fresh orange juice and fruit. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and I came to visit Guadalajara for the first time and stayed at The Hotel Morales. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the hotel it self was stunning. We had great customer service besides a few little situations but over all really good. The staff was really nice and accommodated us with anything we needed. Just a few recommendations: make sure they get a separate card on hold so that you may charge to your room if you want room service or any other charges at the hotel. They do not keep the card info you used to get the room reservations. Also, the breakfast was dis… gusting! Im not sure about the lunch or dinner but breakfast was pretty bad. It was cold and had a weird combination of choices for breakfast. I normally don’t have mozzarella sticks and breaded fish at 8am. I’d just go somewhere else for breakfast. If your from outta town it’s nice to try different places around the city anyway. Overall we had a great experience, the hotel was nice and the location was right in the middle of everything. We will be returing here again!

Very impressed with the hotel overall. The front desk (all fluent English speakers) and cleaning staff were very attentive and helpful. The room itself was very nicely decorated and roomy — the whirlpool bath was a great upgrade. The restaurant in the lobby served excellent breakfasts and appeared to have a well-​stocked bar.
The price was very reasonable. I’d highly recommend this hotel — it’s at a great rate in a nice, historic part of town. I would love to go back.

Fui a este hotel a un desayuno, no me he hospedado pero desde que entré me encantó. Es un edificio súper bonito, se ve algo antiguo, es muy grande y la decoración es muy bonita, como estilo colonial.
El desayuno al que fui era en el cuarto piso, donde tienen un salón para juntas, conferencias y otros propósitos (ahí fue la reunión), también hay cuartos en ese piso y hay una terraza muy grande, desde donde se ve el templo de Aranzazú y parte del parque que está al lado.
La atención y el servicio son muy buenos, a la hora de llevar el plato principal se tardaron un poco pero aparte de eso, los meseros son excelentes, siempre están al pendiente de que note falte nada y tu taza de café nunca estará vacía.
El restaurante está en la planta baja y es super bonito, me hubiera gustado más comer ahí sólo de verlo, además tienen un pianista en el lobby que siempre está tocando.
