I was referred to this place as one of the best resorts in Ensenada by my good friend Juan Carlos from , an extreme adventure tour company specializing baja1000 style adventures. I stayed here for three days, two nights and you simply cannot beat the view, anywhere! The restaurant is elegant and reasonable. At high tide the waves violently crash up against the rocks and have a amazing hypnotic effect. Better than any plasma screen! Sunset from the restaurant looks like CGI from Lucasfilm or Spielberg! The Sunday brunch is legendary! The hotel is well appointed, high speed internet and beautifully landscaped grounds, very comfortable rooms I’ll be back!

This restaurant is a little bit of heaven on earth. The view is breathtaking, the service is incredible, and the food is wonderful. This is something that cannot be passed up.

The location is great, the pool area and view are nice but our room smelled like urine and the 2 and 3 bedrooms do not have AC. The rooms do have a portable fan and heater but since it was so hot the fan did not help.

Great hidden resort. Easy to drive by & easy to overlook Fantastic service, nice all ocean view rooms. Great breakfast w. classy service. Higher priced, but well worth it as the staff is top notch. Ocean view can’t be beat.

We had brunch at the Punta Morro resort last weekend. The place was very busy with it being a holiday weekend and absolutely beautiful weather. Our service was wonderful, the cocktails were plentiful and the food was delicious. Honestly, I had two bowls of menudo, bacon and freshly made flour tortillas. My boyfriend had the traditional breakfast choices and he was more than happy. We were so relaxed, we sat at the indoor bar for one last drink. What a great place to relax, people watch and just gorge yourself on delicious Mexican/American breakfast. I will definitely return for dinner, happy hour or bunch — it’s worth every peso!

Sunday Brunch Review Only! Our local friends in Ensenada brought us here for Sunday brunch. We were lucky enough to snag a table out in the outdoor patio right by the ocean! It was a cool but sunny December day and the atmosphere was just absolutely heavenly! The brunch selection was limited, I guess we’re just used to having more selections back in the U.S. Options here were pretty typical of a Mexican fare, refried beans, chilaquilles, bbq pork, marinated chicken, bacon, sausage, built your own omelet station, crêpe station, built your own quasadillas, dessert/bakery towers, and variety of juices. There was a small section of salad and fruits as well. I stayed away from the cold stuff because they looked like they had been sitting out for awhile… unattended. All the protein selections were pretty descent and tasty. But you can never go wrong with a built your own omelet! The service is good but they could use a bigger area for the buffet, especially the omelet and crêpe station being right next to each other, it gets crowded at times. We paid $ 25(u.s. dollars) for two of us for our brunch buffet. Not too shabby.
