Ai Yogurt

Ai Yogurt is my regular place to get homemade yoghurt. It’s a small shop in Putra Heights where they sell superb yoghurt, and they have a huge machine in the back where the owners are usually making up batches. There are no preservatives or flavouring of any kind in their yoghurt, so it’s the pure stuff. I usually like the no-​sugar option but they have the sugared, passion fruit, green tea and cocoa options too.
The texture of the yoghurt is creamy and smooth, much like softly whipped cream. But if you’re looking for the thick Greek-​style yoghurt, this is not it. I usually like to eat the yoghurt with chopped fruit, or with oats. I also like to sweeten it with various jams or honey. Ai Yoghurt is a great little place to buy some locally made yoghurt, and I’d like to see more people support this modest business.
