Pecel Lele Padang Jawa started as a very small establishment. If you have ever been here, you’d notice how big and rapid it has grown since. It is very popular among the locals of Shah Alam and Klang. The foods here are delicious and cheap. And they serve fast. Sometimes you’d only wait for less than 2 minutes before your meals are served. The best part is, you’d only spend an average of rm6 per pax when you eat here. Popular meals include Pecel Ayam(chicken), Pecel Lele(catfish), Pecel Daging(beef), Pecel Bebola Daging(beef meatballs), Bakso and Soto. Delicious Extra Joss drinks are also served here — Grape, Guava, Mango. These drinks are the perfect accompaniment to your meal on a hot sunny day.

Have you heard about Pecal Lele before? Have you taste it? I bet you have but do you know where is the best place that serves the best Pecel Lele? Let me tell you something about a secret — there’s a place at Padang Jawa, Shah Alam that provide the best Pecel Lele and Ayam Penyet in town and probably in nation. Yup, as we all know, Padang Jawa is populated by lots of Indonesian. The best way to get the best Indonesian food is from the Indonesians themselves. Located few kilometers away from the main campus of UiTM, this place got everything to offer. Pecel Lele, Ayam Penyet, Pecel Bebola and several other Indonesian, s typical meal that I hardly could remember. This place is open for 24 hours per day and always crowded. You know it’s a good place to eat when the place is always crowded. Since I’m not a fan of fried catfish, I always go for the ayam penyet set, RM5.50 per set is cheap but it seems reasonable with the size of the portion. It’s sambal paste is truly delicious. Got the sweet and sour taste and really compactible to be eaten with the rice and the fried chicken.
