After hearing countless friends(with kids) rave and gush about this place I knew I just had to take my almost-3 year old daughter here too. At the time I was about 8 months pregnant and so I did find that it was a bit tiring to walk up and down some of the stairs but if I wasn’t pregnant then I’m sure it would have been fine. We used Waze to get here as I am not at all familiar with the Seri Kembangan area. Although we got slightly lost(no thanks to waze) we managed to find it after a slight detour and 10 minute delay. We came on a weekend after 10am and the parking lot was full. We had to park quite far from the entrance and being pregnant that was really kind of crappy for me. Nevertheless, the experience in the farm more than made up for it. Everyone woking here is so friendly and helpful and I loved the whole layout and feel of the farm. At every enclosure there would be at least one staff member who could tell you a little bit about the animals there and he/she would even give you some vegetables to feed the animals with. There are even pony rides available for kids(with height restrictions so my daughter wasn’t able to do this). She did absolutely love the experience of feeding the little deers there and was positively gleeful when she saw the ponies. Most of the animals roam freely here and it really is quite nice to see. They have many areas for washing hands so don’t worry if your kid just touched a rabbit or deer or chicken. My only concern would be the rabbit enclosure area as many kids were seen squeezing and holding the rabbits quite roughly so i think more staff should be stationed here to ensure that the rabbits do not get stressed out with the constant chasing and holding by the kids. One thing I think they need to work on is to have more parking spots as this farm is fast becoming very popular amongst families.

Went here a few weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I had some reservations about driving all the way to Sri Kembangan in case the place was a disappointment but all worries were at rest when I got there. As we arrived early, we got a good parking spot close to the entrance. Queue wasn’t too long either. One of the first attractions there is the giant turtles which we could feed. The pathway naturally led us to different animal sections. While we were there, we also fed the rabbits and fish, and pet some snakes and chicken. For little children who are a little apprehensive when it comes to animals, Farm in the City is a good way to teach them that there is nothing to be scared of. The whole place took about a hour to walk through, just nice for toddlers. Don’t bring strollers though, you would have a hard time trying to manouver it here.
