I got a really bad service the last time I was here. I was just arriving in Malaysia and felt like some fresh juice. I went to the counter and ordered a 5 day juice. I didn’t bring my vibe card so I ask the counter girl if I could get the receipt and redeem it later on(my boyfriend was in toilet and he has the loyalty card). She was a little bit confused but she said yes. Minutes later, my boyfriend came out from toilet and brought the card with him. The girl was freaking out because she didn’t know how to insert the points back to the card, but she was mumbling and didn’t give proper answer to me. I let it go, and then second later, my boyfriend ordered the wild berry juice and he got his drinks differently. Not sure what it is, but definitely not wild berry juice. We asked for exchange and even though we got another drink, they looked very unhappy with it, and didn’t even apologise when giving our new drink. Just quite disappointed with the service in this branch, and won’t be getting any juice there soon.

Quite dehydrated sometime after we sit in the flight for few hours. I find good to have a boost juice as I boost back my hydration and nutrition to my body. I love fruits and this boost juice serve a very original juices to customer. The service attent is very good and friendly. I think this is important especially in this KLIA2 location as it’s represent Malaysian friendliness level.
