My parents helped me to invest in medical insurance. And two weeks ago, I was admitted in the hospital and I gotta do my own insurance claim. Since I am not local in KL, my insurance agent is at Sabah. If I wanted to do claim, I would need to send all the documents back to him and he will help to proceed. Thus, I decided to do my claim at KL myself. Since I don’t have any experience on this, I called Prudential care line, but failed to get them. I searched the nearest branch which is at Jaya 33. Thus, I went there to consult their customer service. For your information, Prudential office is located at Tower 3. Before going there, you would need to go G floor for registration. Customer service office is at the fifth floor. The security will explain to you when you are there, so not to worry. Waited my turn, which was super fast. Asked few questions and the staff was helpful enough. She explained to me the entire procedure and listed down all the documents needed to do the claim for me. Basically the time I spent there was only 5 – 10 minutes and I have gotten all my doubt solved. Thumbs up for their service. Next time, if you need to go Prudential branch, Jaya 33 is one of the branch offices you can go to. They have excellent customer service!
