Absolutely gorgeous looking cakes, and a very cute café décor that isn’t meant to look childish or too feminine. It occupies a prime spot of Publika, and you can’t miss it. I highly recommend the Bruce Lee Salad and the Sloppy Hot Dog, both items you can get for under twenty ringgit. Cheap, decent meals? Can’t go wrong with that! The star of the show is still clearly the cupcakes though.

This place has great food and really reasonably priced. My boyfriend and I are obsessed with their coney dogs! Definitely worth checking out.

Got a sweet tooth? Go to Wondermilk! Here, you can find an assortment of colourful cupcakes, cakes and cookies. Depending on how sweet is too sweet for your, their rainbow pastries may not be to your liking. They also have light snacks like sandwiches, baked potatoes, coffee, tea and shakes that you may enjoy. The café has a very fancy original concept, but like their food and beverages, it may not be everyone’s cup of tea(no pun intended). The first thing that comes to mind the moment I stepped inside Wondermilk was a children’s playground. They have a nice playlist going on, but somehow I don’t quite like the ambience. I prefer cafes with a more sophisticated and mature look-and-feel. Already the tables at Wondermilk look like they were meant for a children’s theme park, there’s even a small children’s play area in the corner.

i am not a dessert lover as I don’t really any food that taste too sweet, especially cakes. I usually buy it for its appearance and for fun. If you find me one day standing in a dessert shop and buying cakes, most probably I am buying for my friends birthday. Cupcakes, indeed is one of sweetest thing ever that I would say, which is the last thing ever i want to eat. BUT, i really love their appearance! It is so cute, with the arts and decoration being placed on the top of the cupcakes. I think those bakers purposely invent these kind of cupcakes just to attract the female consumers. Wondermilk is shop where selling plenty of cupcakes in different flavours and different designs. Once i bought the cupcakes from Wondermilk for my friend’s birthday, I realised that in Wondermilk, you will be able to customise your own cupcakes, from choosing the sizes, flavours to the designs as well. You can also choose to put the alphabets on top of the cupcakes as well. The cupcakes were really cute in size and design and my friend really love them! :)

I found this place when I was walking in Publika with some friends and I loved it. Shop offers a huge variety of cupcakes and drinks like coffee, tea or shakes. But what I love about this place is the decoration and the atmosphere. Here you will feel like you are in a Disney world with animal motifs and kitsch bunting. The place is perfect for reading a book, working or having a sweet and delicious desert. I was surprised to see that besides sweets they also have burgers and snacks in case you are hungry. If you come here you have to try the house signature, Butterscoych, which is of course made with milk :) Beside the food and the decoration, I have to say that the place has an amazing song collection. I stayed inside for 2h and I loved all the songs. It was amazing. P. S. A cupcake is around RM4.5

If I had to pick one word to describe this place I would say — perfect! Every little detail, design, smell ambience is just so cozy and cute! And the taste of their cupcakes is just outstanding! I have never tried milk with cupcakes before, I haven’t lived until now.1 cup cake cost 4.5RM which is quite cheap compared to other places! Foxy red velvet is a must try!

I’m a big fan of Wondermilk and always pop by from time to time to get my salted caramel cupcake fix. Johny Lemon cupcake is another staple favourite of mine too. I actually find the savoury stuff quite delicious as well. The beef rasher sandwich is great, FYI. Aside from the food, another thing I realy enjoy about Wondermilk is the quirky, wholesome ambience. I like that they have a play area for kids and the décor of the place is inviting to say the least. It’s a good place to catch up with family and kudos to Wondermilk for never letting their standards drop after all these years of being one of the pioneering hipster cafes!

Well known by its boxes of cupcakes and sweet little cupcakes, this place will satisfy your sweet tooth. Situated just opposite Plan B, many people come here for breakfast and tea. Wondermilk is where i always thought of buying with it comes to buying someone a mini cupcake as a gift and the most popular one is the rainbow cake. It is small but long or the cupcakes such as red velvet, chocolate, vanilla cream and many more. They have a ready make boxes of cupcakes to buy for celebrations. Whenever there is rainbow cake in stock on top of the counter, the whole place smells like freshly bake cake and it is so tempting to buy.

I used to think that Wondermilk only had cupcakes and various baked treats only as I only knew of their Damansara Uptown outlet. However I’ve just recently tried their food at their Publika outlet and I must say I was impressed. Their sandwiches were quite a small portion but they certainly tasted good as they use their own bread baked daily at their store. Another plus is that they have an all-day breakfast menu. If you’re looking for a sweet treat after your meal, consider taking home one of their cakes in ajar which are priced at RM15 per jar. I would recommend their red velvet over their rainbow cake for the jar cakes.

Before I begin my review, what happened to Cupcake Chic, ya? Is the outlet in Mutiara Damansara the last one standing? Anyway, a lot has been said about this place and its wonderful cupcakes. This is none other than Wondermilk. I am not a cupcake fan to begin with but I thought I should really find out what is the hype about. I was really blown away with the rows upon rows of cupcakes that come with cute and funky decorations. Also, to see the multi-coloured layers coated with sugar already warned myself not to indulge too much. This is quite a trendy hang out place if you would like to bring your children to enjoy some cupcakes. Besides cupcakes, they also serve sandwiches, burgers, baked potatoes and beverages too.

I am not a fan of cupcakes, so I’ll skip that. I remember having a bite of one of their tiny little pretty looking ones and thought eeuk! Too sweet. I came here primarily because they have All Day Breakfasts and ordered the Hello Elvis. At RM17.90, it comes in this sort of plastic tray where the food is served on top of paper consisting of Beef Bacon, Chicken Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, Sauteed Capsicum & Mushrooms, Grilled Tomato, Baked Beans and Toast. I immediately eyed my bread & butter,(it was more of a bun actually, not a «toast») and to my dismay what I felt was something hard and cold! I tore into it and it was super hard on the inside. My bun must have been out from the freezer and not warmed up properly. Of course, I brought it over to the counter and was served with a softer one within a minute or two. And, honestly I didn’t like the fact that they use plastic cutleries. I don’t think my breakfast is cheap so I really would have preferred proper utensils. The mushrooms were sauteed quite nicely, my eggs weren’t too dry and the chicken sausage wasn’t cheap tasting. Other than that, I didn’t think it was superb or anything. As a matter of fact, I think it is overpriced. My friend ordered the Mister Beefsteak Sandwich and to my surprise, they used regular toast instead of I don’t know, a baguette or something. So the portion isn’t big at all, maybe just enough for a snack. The ambience and decorations are really cute, I reckon that it would be a good place for a young mom and her little daughter(s) to have a little play date.
