This shop is called 1TCM. If you have been following my reviews, recently i have opened up about my neck muscle spasm in a short description (True Fitness Jaya 33). It has been a long story to make it short, i woke up one day with my nerve pulling. I went for a chinese massage and it went to the other side of the shoulder, i could not look left and right, my throat was swollen and i could not swallow solid food and my neck was sideways.
My partner and I passed by this place and coincidentally the girl whom we spoke too was the one of the doctors in it. So she checked my muscle and she said it is too long on my shoulder, muscle is hardened and it is severe. So she used the needle and poke through my skin right on point of my neck and also the leg nerve connecting to the neck and guess what? IN A SECOND, I FELT LIKE MY HEAD WAS FLOATING RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE. I felt like i could turn a little but that time my head still cannot turn sideways.
I have been to many sessions now, i went there i think about 2 months and i had 2 sever sessions where she massaged my muscle really hard to loosen it and she used a big thing that looks like cigar and put it near my point to increase blood circulation and release the muscle tenseness. i think you call it the heat rub. She even poke my leg nerve connected to my neck and triggered the nerve, i felt like a short electric in my body just waking up the nerve.
Today, i could turn right 90% but left is still 30%, why it still cannot recover because it keeps coming back and temporary it is loose then the next day it goes back to tenseness. However i would say that this girl who is a C.M.D MED, Chinese Physician and Acupuncturist has saved my neck tremendously, my swelled is gone and my big muscle has reduced, also i could turn sideways and turn my head now i just need to keep focusing on my stretching and hot pack.
