Saw this place when I went the coffee amo the last time so decided to try it since I’m in the city. It’s Chinese style kopitiam which sells various stir fry noodles, you would also order rice with dishes too. I went when it’s dinner time around 8ish. The shop it’s quite full. It’s not the place you would wana hang out but they sell decent food with a lot of choices. I tried they Singapore bihun and wan tan hor. Portion wise it’s alright as me n my friend ordered a single pax portion to share. Taste wise just so so. Rm24 for 2 pax with drinks it’s quite affordable. Service was quite food and fast. Just a little bit dirty in the overall, the tables are not wipe clean, cutleries are still wet, but these are all the traits of Malaysian kopitiam:)

Food: 5⁄5 Décor: 2⁄5 Service: 3⁄5 I visited Seng Kee with a group of friends who wanted supper as we didn’t have much for dinner. A friend who was a loyal fan of Seng Kee suggested this restaurant and man, it was such a great choice! The food was so awesome! I love the Claypot Lo Shu Fan. It was the best pearl noodle that I have ever ever ever had. There’s a sort of raw egg on top of the pot of Lo Shu Fan when it’s served and we were supposed to mix it together with the pearl noodle before eating! The texture and taste that it gives to the dish was beyond description. You simply have to go try it for yourself. I didn’t really like the deep fried pork intestine though. It was also one of their popular dish but I personally have a phobia of pork intestine. So I only took a small bite and didn’t pursue it further. However, many of my other friends loved that dish. Some of them don’t even eat pork intestine usually but they loved the one served by Seng Kee. It is a really cool hangout place if you are looking for a delicious supper in the middle of the night where most restaurants are closed. The only concern that I have, is regarding my weight after such delicious and making-me-craving-for-more supper.

Food: 5⁄5 Décor: 1⁄5 Service: 3⁄5 It was a really late at night after gathering with a group of church friends when they decided that we shall go for supper. Seng Kee was a restaurant in Chinatown near Petaling Street. I was quite surprised that there were restaurants opened past midnight and was told that they were opened even till 3 to 4 am. There were about 10 of us and we ordered alot of food, including their famous Siew Yuk Mee(crispy roasted pork belly with noodle), Claypot Lo Shu Fan(pearl noodle), bamboo clams, deep fried pork intestine and Yong Tau Foo. For Yong Tau Foo, there’s a choice of dry or soup and of course, we took both! My personal favourite was the Siew Yuk Mee. The sponginess of the noodle and the crispiness of the roasted pork belly together made a perfect choice of supper. The restaurant though with only simple and basic renovation, was bright and clean. The serving of the food was really efficient too probably due to not many customers at the midnight hours. However, just as we were leaving, there were people coming in for food too!
