Do you guys know about a food that called as Ikan Singgang? Have you tasted it? Almost 2 years ago, the Chief Minister of Kelantan declared that Ikan Singgang is the state’s official food surpassing the Nasi Kerabu. It’s practically a fish that boiled inside a sweet sour clear soup.
You don’t have to travel all the way to Kelantan just to have a bite of this Ikan Singgang. This is the place that famously known for this kind of meal. Suitable to be eaten with traditional malay salads. It’s a ‘kampung’ style of servings so why not? Kampung foods is quite awesome what?
