Nice KL view by the poolside, other than that, nothing special, a place for the young ones to hang around and party
Nighttime can be humid and uncomfortable if you sit at the wrong place

Ansonsten muss ich Nadja widersprechen bzw. sie ergänzen: Den besseren Blick bekommt man von der SkyBar auf dem Traders Hotel (frontal auf die Towers), sollte man sowieso einen Besuch des KL Towers einplanen, kann man sich die Luna Bar getrost schenken. Beide liegen direkt nebeneinander, man hat also quasi denselben Blick.

Die Bar ist ein Touristenmagnet! Die Aussicht ist wirklich schön, die Cocktails ok, die Musik gut, das Publikum gemischt und das Ambiente hipp bis modern.
Die Cocktails fand ich etwas überteuert und nicht durchweg lecker und den Preis wert. Man sollte sich schick bis leger kleiden.

I came up with a list of Rooftop bars which I’ve visited around the world & to think it all started with this place right here in Kuala Lumpur ‘Luna bar’. This double storey rooftop bar offers you a superb 360 view of the Petronas Twin Tower & a slight glimpse of Genting Highlands if the weather permits.
Luna bar has a very nice chilled out ‘al fresco’ lounge concept. The swimming pool sits in the middle of the first floor surrounded by the seating area, dj console & main bar on the first floor. On the upper deck you have the restaurant area where you have a view of the bottom floor & of course the beautiful towers.
This is definitely the place to have a relaxed, intimate dinner & drinks. Luna Bar offers the usual range of beers, wines & spirits but they are known for their signature cocktails as well, so make sure you give them a try. The food here is relatively well priced considering the ambiance & the view; you really wouldn’t mind throwing in that few extra bucks. Do go early if you’d want to escape the cover charge which starts at 11pm!

Kuala Lumpur city centre is not just the capital city of Malaysia, but is is also home to the countries financial districts, tourists attractions, shopping paradises and posh dining venues. Being a city that never sleeps is also home to international renowned night life entertainment. Luna Bar is also one of the famous bars that tops the list of night life hot spots on Kuala Lumpur. Being located in Menara Pan Global, Luna Bar is probably one of the earlier outdoor bars that were established in Kuala Lumpur. Despite being in business for so many years (more than a decade if I remember correctly), they still have not lost it’s charm and for that being said Luna Bar is still one of my preferred bars to chill out in Kuala Lumpur.
One of their uniqueness is that it is situated outdoors at a poolside kind of environment which is ideal for events like product launching and special occasions. Other than that, I adored their cocktail offering and the magnificent view from this place is truly awesome, as if KL Tower is within reach! Nonetheless Luna Bar is definitely a bar not to be missed by avid partygoers.

Luna had its heyday. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good-​looking bar, overlooking KL’s gorgeous skyline with a pool in the middle. However, with so many roof top bars joining the rank, Luna has somewhat lost its appeal. Firstly, the service is far below average. There was at least a dozen of staff when we dropped by but none served us as we took our seats on high stools.
The drinks were major let down. Cocktails list looked sketchy so we ordered beers. But even the beer is watered down. Crowd is a mix match of expats, tourists and hotel patrons of the same building. It’s a shame that because it has so much potentials to relive its heydays.

This place offers you a perfect seat where you can have a perfect view of the Petronas Towers.
I’ve been here for Christmas Party with my company and it was amazing. We had full bar open and buffet.
What I loved here was the pool which is amazing. It’s open during night time.
If you go for a normal night, you need to know that the place is very elegant and you need reservations. The prices are quite high and they have full bar and you can also have dinner.
In weekend they have great DJ’s.

We were celebrating my company’s anniversary party in this restaurant– bar.
It was a true experience! It started all fancy, with photographer, amazing food and great music.
The wine that was served was outstanding, their chicken wings and natchos were really yummy!
Nobody expected, but the music was so good that people took dancing from the stage to the pool!
So definitely bring your swimming suit and good dancing shoes!
I definitely plan on going there again — sooooo much fun. :)

Such a beautiful bar cannot get enough good ratings! this place has the advantage of a great location, a fantastic sky view and an amazing pool in the middle of all of it!
The food and drinks are just incredible! I was so hungry that night I ate almost non stop! I had so much fun with my colleagues! We had this sofa table setting where the view is on the sky and the side window is so scary but beautiful at the same time! I am definitely going back there soon!
The DJ is a girl! she totally rocks the show! just not with my type of music! but I didn’t mind I had so much fun! :)
The drinks names are just ridiculous! I’m too ashamed to say them so be adventurous and go explore for yourself! you should also know that they rent the pool if you wish to have fun before gong for a dive in! :D really ruins the make up though! :)

I remembered when this place was the IT place to go to because there weren’t too many bars that with a good view of KL.
Luna Bar is in the same building as the Pan Pacific building next to KL tower. The seats are spread all around the room, with a big swimming pool (not sure if people actually swim in there) smack right in the middle of the room. You get a big view of the KLCC Twin towers.
The seat at the sides along the clear glass wall (or window if you prefer to call it) is the most romantic spot because you get to see right down the street! You’ll know if you actually go there. I don’t know what it is, but there’s something about this place that is just really romantic. Not to forget their pizza’s are amazing!

Hello pool bars. Here is Luna Bar and its fabulous view of the Petronas towers.
This place is absolutely fantastic. We celebrated our company’s birthday here and I loved it. The food was amazing, the drinks were average priced and the pool jumping at midnight was super fun.
I would consider this more of a lounge due to the little seating area by the windows which give you a great view of the city. The second floor has a great view of the Radio Tower and the Petronas.
Local, tourist, expat, you must check this place out. My favourite so far and would love to go back.

One of the favourite spots to savour KL scene.
Situated strategically in the core of KL centre and the Twin Towers are just so close to you.
All drinks start from RM 20 and I think that’s a reasonable price. Food is not that great here. (And, people rarely come here for food, except when there is an event /​special day) With a pool in the middle, Luna Bar can easily create a twist in ambience by turning a romantic bar into a hyper party place. You can frequently find themed party hosted in Luna Bar. Just pay the required entrance fee and have fun! If you with friends /​families and thinking of where to chill out with good drinks and scenes, consider Luna Bar!
Reservation is recommended on Friday and weekends.
If you intend to drive, there are parking slots (no reservation is required) besides the building. However, it is applied to a flat parking fee at about RM10 per vehicle. It is managed by a night-​time parking management team (however, as usual, they won’t be liable for your loss).
