Herbaline facial is not a stranger for me, I’m a regular customer of Herbaline but I will usually visit the branch located at Bandar Botanic Klang. Due to peak season, facial appointment in Bandar Botanic was fully booked, therefore they suggested me to come over to Eng Ann branch. As a first timer here in Eng Ann branch, I find the service was really poor. I had make the earliest booking at 10 something morning with my friends. Upon our arrival, it’s seem that their staffs were not ready yet, some of them were just arrive. We spend about 10 minutes of waiting time to get served for leg wash and directed us to facial room. The facial skill is okay but I did heard some noise outside the room which I feel annoying and I can feel my therapist was rushing to serve the next customer. After the facial treatment, I was directed to come down from facial room. I noticed my neck was still attach with some mask cream which has not been clean up completely. When I told the receptionist by showing her my neck, she just simply grab some wet cotton to clean it up for me. I don’t see or feel any profession here. I’m not sure why they need to be so rushing, and if they can’t handle so many customer at one time, please don’t! It’s will ruining the reputation of herbaline. This will be my first and last time to visit Herbaline Eng Ann.

This place is a spa and facial centre. Before this I actually mistaken it as the Herbalife that sells supplements. Only came to know about it when I see my friends go there for facial. Usually I’ll go to Aster Spring for facial. But since everyone(my girlfriends) has been telling me about this place that it’s reasonably priced and provide good service. Why not give it a try? The facial experience there was okay. Not great, just OK. It started with the facial therapist analyzing your skin type etc. then followed by a brief leg wash with sea salt and scrub and then facial. After facial, there will be a fish spa session to end the day. I find the facial experience there okay but not superb. One of the thing that kinda annoys me is the product pushing. The therapist will suggest a few product that you ‘need’ to have a better skin. When I refused to buy them, she sort of look unhappy. Well, that’s really not what I like to go through each time I go for facial. Though it is much cheaper than the place I usually go, I don’t find it comfortable to have someone ‘convincing’ me to get something I don’t need as I’m solely there for their facial service.
