I had the privilege to come volunteer for the kids here and I am very touched by the effort given to help this kids at the Pandawas Academy. As mentioned by the founder, the kids here do not have equal opportunity on education as us Malaysians do and it will impact their life badly if they do not at least have basic skills in Maths, English or other subjects. Pandawas Academy is formed to join the volunteers to kids in need of education and it’s a very noble cause. Pandawas Academy is open for visitors to come on Saturday morning as additional teaching classes on the kid’s preferred subject or you can simply share your life stories and knowledge as a sneak peek of how it’s like living in the society. On Saturdays, the hall is extremely vibrant with kids running around and laughing and groups of volunteers who are like friends to them. You can also bring some food for the kids if you want to as there are weekly food donations as well. I’ve had my experience of teaching there and it was a beautiful experience. Teaching your kid and looking at their eyes just fills me up with love and the satisfaction of making a difference. Please do go help make a difference! The kids there needs us.
