This cozy little restaurant located at the outskirt of Tokyo is famous for its«European styled» curry. It doesn’t make sense to many of curry enthusiastic like me out there. It means Japanese style actually. But usual Japanese style comes with sweeter notes and milder spices. Not トマト. The Japanese style it offers comes with milder sweet note, with a spicebomb. Very thick curry broth, served with liqueur raisins in top of rice. I’d strongly recommend adding veggie in the broth. トマト can only served limited customers because they have limited supply of broth. Make sure queue at the restaurant before their open hour. Like thirty mins to one hour.
