Department Store + Restaurants + Theater + Connected to the Metro.
Great place to look for souveniers and small gifts.
Restaurants are on the 6&7th floors.
11 °F has a great view of Shibuya city; its a good spot to take pictures if you’re visiting.
It also has a planetarium & theater inside.
The architecture is also very cool as well :)

A great place to check out the shibuya crossing and tokyo skyline. Take the escalators or lift up to the 11th floor which coincides with the office building entrance and you will see an unobstructed view of the tokyo skyline!
There are also tons of shopping options, most are of the branded kinds, even a Mercedes clothing showcase. There is interestingly a Lawsons convenience stall on the 11th floor.

Nice new mall with free observatory on the 11th floor. But I don’t like the elevators here that stops on every floor. Take the «shuttle elevator» that stops on the 11th, 7th, and 1st floor only.

Hikarie is a very big shopping mall built in Shibuya recently. One great thing about it is that you are able to go to platforms of any train lines from here. The direction boards are easy to understand.
My favorite place is the sky lobby on the 11th floor. You will enjoy the scenery of Shibuya; Shibuya station and Route 246. You might also see Shinjuku. I can’t forget the view from here.

ShinQs provides an amaing variety of goods, from it’s own restaurants to modern clothing brands and kitchen appliances, this store offers everything you could possibly need across most floors of Hikarie Shopping Complex. Whilst there are a great many products on sale here of good quality, the prices are really quite expensive.
I am very sure that this store kind of prize itself on high quality and these shops being placed under their own brand label, but they could make things a little less expensive and still provide these products. The staff are helpful, and will answer your queries as fast as possible. There are many small shops inside, so you should be able to find whatever you look for in Hikarie.

This building has so many kinds of shops that it is actually impossible to indicate what this place is in one word.
But if I am asked to do it, this place is a light, which is Hikari（光） in Japanese.
This is because it is not too much to say that it has almost all things that draw everybody’s attention, make us encouraged and light us when we leave here.
I myself actually like views from this building.
Hikarie overlooks all over Shibuya and as Shibuya is one of the biggest cities in Japan, we can see many people, lights of surrounding buildings, which may be regarded as one of features of Japan, that is, Near – future features.
On high floors there are big places for enjoying such beautiful views.
Somebody may not like this kind of view, but I felt unconsciously that we belong to these views but that it is us that make and hope this world better.
So i want everyone to feel something that only you will have by seeing views from this «light» that overlooks lights and us.
