This school changed name about 15 years before and it caused the level of this school better. It was called Chofu Gakuenn. There is a city called Chofu and Ddenenchofu. The former one is a kind of a country side and the later on is world famous great plces for houses. So this school decided to change name for the better imagination.
This shows how we have stereotype of the name of areas and we Japanese tend not to like the country places even there is a great nature.
The near sation is Yukugayaotuka station on Ikegami line and denenchofu station on Meguro or Tokyutoyoko lines but need to walk for about 10 minutes or so. The problem is they are not allowed to come by bikes. So even someone lives near but takes about 20 minutes on foot, they have to walk or take trains.
