Really great, two floors of seats and usually isnt crowded. There arent many outlets maybe one or two spots downstairs and one upstairs but the shop itself is simple and quiet. The baristas are always super nice and often go out of their way to recommend new flavors or variations of your drink. I always get the lavender earl grey tea latte with whole milk, but when i tried to get lowfat she recommended this new milk i didnt know. Its mixed milk and cream called half and half. And its great! After tasting my drink she followed up and asked if i liked it. Shes awesome. I like to hang out here for a pre study time before church on sundays.

Our hotel was right around the corner during our week stay in Roppongi and because we are Starbucks addicts, we literally came here every morning. Especially with the time difference we were up way too early with nowhere to go since the stores didn’t typically open until 11 am or so. After day 3, the Starbucks employees memorized our orders and were so kind to us every time. With our limited Japanese skills and their limited English, we made it work and they were more than accommodating to us. This is a smaller Starbucks compared to some of the other ones in the area, but this was our favorite. It was cozy and we had our spot upstairs at the two person table by the window. On top of the great service, our soy latte’s were always made right and perfectly. They go out of their way to ensure that you are getting soy and not regular milk in error, which the states lack in doing. I can’t count how many times I have gotten regular milk instead of soy in the states. Their food is also so much better than ours. The Japanese Starbucks have the best sandwich options, granted they are a lot smaller ;) well worth it! They have a pumpkin sandwich, a great salad wrap with basil sauce, Japanese style egg salad and salmon and cream cheese bagel that my fiancé really liked. Their pumpkin bread is also made with real pumpkin pieces and isn’t remotely as sweet as ours. I miss Starbucks in Japan!

They have an upstairs and base floor for seating! Greetings are said when you walk in from the baristas! Nice spot!
