Grilled fowl. Farm to table chicken and other fowls and fish. Yakitori style. The English translation on the menu is approximation but with the kind help of the staff you will discover some very interesting dishes. Cheese and shiso leaves and mochi fried rolls were delicious. Fish and veggies fried cakes very interesting too. Cabbage leaves with a ginger garlic and probably miso paste very tasty. The fee chicken thigh, skin and pork rib brochettes were perfectly grilled. Overall a very satisfactory experience. We will try it again as a group — Japanese seating style.
