I’ve been to many BBQ places where there’s grill at each table, but I’ve never seen or heard of a deep fryer at individual tables! What a cool thing to try! The food came skewered, unseasoned(with the exception of the meatballs and hot dogs/links), and stored in refrigerated display cabinets. The batter and panko are located at a station nearby, next to other fixings such as rice(2 kinds), soups, pickles, etc. the preparation is easy: dip the skewers in the batter first then tap each side on the panko for a thin, even coating. Gently drop the skewers in the oil for s couple of minutes, then place the cooked items on the drying rack for the oil to drain prior to consuming. There’s a great selection of sauces for you to try. I was a glutton by trying 7 sauces(the 8th section was for salt). So the selection of the skewers weren’t that great — the meats were few — the overall experience was so much fun! Between the skewers, desserts(including a chocolate fountain & ice cream machine y’all!), salads, side dishes, and drink selections, I’d say this was exceptional for ¥1800(lunch pricing)!!
