It was really late. Most places on the street were closed or closing. At first, we were scared to go in because we didn’t know what we were going to get ourselves into, but the shop from the outside looked so pretty that we decided to brave it. I’m so glad we did because this was our favorite ramen house out of all the ones we tried. The staff was very friendly, and the ajitsuke eggs were perfect. The only reason they didn’t get all five stars is because they allowed smoking inside the tiny shop. While the ramen was delicious, we spent much of the time feeling like we were going to die from secondhand smoke.
