As far as family restaurants in Japan go, they’re all pretty similar in terms of pricing and menus. That said, Jonathan’s tends to offer better quality ingredients and specialty dishes. Seasonal specials offered, and again, Jonathan’s tend to be more creative with their offerings. This particular location is on the second floor above a Family Mart convenience store on the south side of Chofu station. Smoking and non-smoking seating is available. Expect to wait during peak meal times, but otherwise, getting in is usually not a problem. Note that since they are a 24-hour operation, there is an automatic 10% surcharge if you enter the restaurant after 10PM.(Restaurants and other services staff in Japan do not work for tips, and none are neither required nor desired.)
