Peter brands itself on an upper-scale image and delivers. The view, both inside and out, gives the restaurant a posh style. The food is delicious and meticulously prepared. Ingredients are fresh, preparation is spotless and the staff is both friendly and extremely respectful. For the price tag, one should expect nothing less. A pleasant surprise was the cream of mushroom with truffles. The consistency was spot-on, creamy yet not too heavy. The 4 cheese linguine was also quite savoury. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone that has the budget to enjoy what Peter has to offer.

For happy hour, nothing touches Peter. We have been I. The hotel for a week and it is by far my favorite goto spot. After Happy Hour, the fish and chips are about 28 dollars and the beef cubes, I think, are around 30. At happy hour, both are 8 dollars. Drinks are also 8dollars at the same time and after are at least double. View is amazing. Atmosphere is like a kitschy club but the view is amazing. In Tokyo, smoke is the norm and this is no exception.

Overpriced drinks but their happy hour menu is a pretty good deal. Get their fish and chips! It’s better than the ones I’ve had in Scotland. The margarita is ok — not enough lime but their other drinks like the martini is well-done. You get complimentary yummy nuts and pretzels too! The view is unbeatable. I prefer this place for drinks over Park Hyatt since it is not as pretentious.
