Venezia if full of pleasant surprises, including individual artisans doing their special thing. Gayle and I passed by Fabricharte one night as we were trying to find our way from San Marco’s Square to the Water Taxi stop at Zattere. The«Nephew» was working late in his shop and I took note to return. We came back the next day(on the way to the Peggy Guggenheim Gallery) and found a very nice hand bound journal with numbered pages and Venice-accented drawing. There was a lot of other original paper products within(and at Uncle’s shop next door which was closed at the time), and I wish we had more time.
