If the town of San Gusme is anywhere near you, Sienna even, then get in your can and get over to Sira e Remino. No kidding, it’s that good. 7 of us walked over from our rented villa and had the meal of a lifetime. Wine, salad, pasta, more wine, meat dishes, anti pasta, more wine and pasta. The experience was a food lovers dream.
The staff is great. They hosted a rowdy bunch of winning soccer team folks in the bar and sat us in the Frank Sinatra room where we had one of the greatest culinary experiences possible.
