Overall: Yes — they have eeeeeeeverything when it comes to us girls(and boys!) to pamper ourselves; manicure, pedicure, sunbeds, facials, massages. I wasn’t unhappy with the manicure at all — just a small thing when it comes to cutting cuticles; I’m not of fan of that in general and expressed it, as I have baby fingers(not a joke, my nails are the size of an average 6-year-old), so when cutting, they bleed. It happened and ah well — it happens everywhere so can’t really blame them. It as more of a language barrier than bad service. The service overall was impeccable! Clean, hygienic, very sweet and smiling. Also, afterwards I took a sunbed and of course, clumsy unicorn that I am, messed up three of my freshly manicured nailes. They laughed with me(not at me) and helped with a big, big smile to make sure my nails were ready to go again. Recommend for sunbeds and manicure, it’ll not be top-notch-all-glory-glitter in the world, but the price is absolutely reasonable and local lovely.

I was so happy to find this place! I completely disagree with Carrie W — these lovely girls actually do not speak English but they provide wonderful service in a nice environment. I had an amazing pedicure which is hard to come by in Rome!

The best salon in Rome, hands down. They offer everything: manicures, pedicures, tanning, waxing, facials, everything. And unlike many other Rome salons, they actually do pedicures the normal way– in a nice massage chair with the regular whirlpool. The owner speaks good English and cares a lot about her clients. Love this salon.

Puzzled by the rating… to me, this Spa doesn’t want those traveling at their Spa. I believe the girls at the front desk who answer the phone are actually trained to say«do not speak English» even before they’ve heard the question. There was a woman at my hotel in the neighborhood in Rome that had the same experience but the day before I experienced it. I had wondered if maybe she misunderstood — this woman — no, she understood perfectly. Thumbs down for an obvious turn-a-way.
