Good food, good service, reasonably priced. Meat plates were really good. A few of the dishes needed some extra seasoning. Give you free appetizer, bread and olives which is nice. Worth going back.

We were staying around the corner when we found this place. We ended up eating here 2 out of our 4 nights in Rome. The dishes were simple but had some of the most amazing flavours. They start with bread and olives while you choose, the waiter was very helpful with dish choices. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the dish choices though, as each dish my partner an I had was amazing.
Very reasonably priced, we both had 3 courses (not included the bread and olives) both nights, and the bill averaged at about € 60.

Great service and advice on dishes to order. We started with the bursting which was phenomenal soft mozzeralla. They also start you off with olives and bread and bruschetta. Next we got the oven baked cheese wrapped in bacon (yumness). For main course we had the orchiette bolognese which was very fresh and the fried meatballs.

Everything about this place was great! It’s iff any main street in Rine, the ambiance is very rustic and simple — clean and welcoming! The staff was awesome… I wanted something traditional Italian so I asked them to pick our meal and I wasn’t disappointed. The pasta was homemade, the sauce was savory and the main meat dish was a house specialty — bomba mista (mozzarella, wrapped in meat, wrapped in bacon, then slow roasted in the oven… to DIE for.
Such a great experience…
