We stayed 4 nights in June. Absolutely WONDERFUL customer service! Very clean rooms and the hotel had a icy refreshing scent and feel as you walked in from a long hot day in the city. Location location location! This hotel is as good as it gets if you want to see all of Rome on foot. Some of Rome’s best restaurants literately right out the front door. Hotel Lunetta #1!

Well deserved 5 stars! Stunning old theatre remodeled into a hotel, in the perfect location. We walked to the colosseum and Vatican from this location, with no problem. Rooms were clean with the biggest bathrooms I’ve seen in Europe. Staff was extremely helpful with all of our needs. The best part, a gorgeous rooftop bar to enjoy an apertivo or just relax after dinner/walking.

Just returned from a trip to Rome and we absolutely loved this hotel. We read glowing reviews on tripadvisor and was not disappointed. Pros: Incredible staff that even provided us a «to go» breakfast when we had to catch a 5am flight, adorable and comfortable room in a perfect hotel and location(expect some street noise on the weekends since this hotel is central, but we slept through it!), great free breakfast Cons: Wish they had a wine opener in the room, it does get quite warm in the room — not sure why but we opened our window and problem solved!

A convenient, expensive hotel is ruined by rude ‘hospitality’ and even worse conditions. While our room(203) was charming, it reeked like cigarette smoke from the time we checked in. When brought up to the desk,(it’s a non-smoking hotel) we were told«we will think about it». Hours later, when we returned, the air conditioning was broken. Instead of simply admitting this fact, we were first told ‘it takes hours to cool off’. Seriously? A 150 sq ft room takes hours to cool down? Predictably, it was much hotter four hours later. When we complained, we were told they turn off all air conditioning units at one o’clock am. «Just open your window», they told us. So we did. But believe it or not, it’s extremely loud in the heart of one of the world’s largest cities. Quite disappointing to be treated the way they treated us. We reduced our stay from 3 nights to just one terrible evening. I’ve stayed in crappy hotels before, but they all cost at least $ 400 less per night and had much better hospitality.
