This hotel was a bit old and had small rooms, but is very close to the bus stop and the price was reasonable. The gentleman working the front desk was one of the most helpful and polite people I have ever met working at a hotel. He marked up all the important places on our map and explained how to use the bus system and which buses went where. The only issue with this place is that they lock the door at night and you better hope that they answer the door. We actually arrived at 3am and our cab drove off and no one opened the door to the hotel. We knocked, rang the bell and everything and we ended up having to get two single rooms down the street. The next morning we went back to this hotel and the manager graciously apologized and paid us cash the amount of money we spent at the other hotel. The customer service was excellent, I only suggest if you will be arriving super late try and call ahead of time if you can.

Nice hotel. It is a 3 star, a bit old but clean. Room and bathroom were small but it is ok if you do not have too many luggages. Breakfast sucks. Do not expect too many stuff to eat. Personnel ‘neutral’, they did not impress me, except for a waiter who were talking on the phone loudly while we were having breakfast, very unprofessional. Close to the train station Termini.

Nice hotel in good location near Termini station, attractions and shopping areas within walking distance. Safe place with many restaurants, snack bars, shops nearby. Very warm and cosy atmosphere, rooms maybe a little noisy. Our room was small, but clean, with TV and bathroom(shower) inside. Elevator is very small. Very friendly and helpful staff and great service. Good and adequate breakfast. Good price-performance ratio. Would stay there again!
