A great place for a quick and delicious bite to eat in a cool part of Rome that won’t break the bank. Food is paid at the counter by weight so needless to say the interior is basic and unfussy but their is surprisingly tonnes of options(vegetarian options too) and it will fill you up until dinner for less than ten euros!

Simple quick serve place but their pizza and paninis are very good for the price. This place saved us on more than one occasion because they are open so late. Make sure you order first and pick out any drinks you’d like from the cooler, then they will weigh the pizza, add your drinks and print out a receipt for you. You can then bring your receipt to the register by the entrance to pay while they warm it up for you.

Fast service and delicious food! It’s a must try while in Rome. Had the onion pizza– yum!

Third and best pizza since we arrived in Italy. Fast friendly counter service: you choose from the display, they’ll warm it in the pizza oven, and you can«take away» or eat it there. They also had sandwiches, veggies, fried croquettes, some desserts, and drinks. Reasonable prices too!

Great inexpensive Italian food in Rome. Don’t bother ordering pasta or salad. Stick to the pizza and fried things, and don’t forget to get a beer or bottle of wine. This is the best pizza I’ve had in Rome, and rivals Lou Malnattis in Chicago and The Cabin in Mt Pleasant Michigan. Can’t beat the price — my wife and I got pizza, side, and bottle of wine for 12 euro. Please note, this place isn’t fancy — atmosphere is like Sbarro but the food is much better.

For how hidden it is from the main roads, this venue seems to lack some authentic taste. Seems as if though it’s rushed. I get that it’s fast food, shoot pizza is fast food. But here there’s no sense of real Italian cuisine. Don’t mean to offend but there’s New York pizza shops that are better. I even dragged my friends to search for it. And when we finally found it I was highly disappointed. The tomatoes were horrible and tasted bitter, and the pizza was so poorly warmed up the cheese was still hard. I don’t advise you to go to this place at all.

There is a reason this place gets so many high stars. Huge selection, pay by the weight. Not far from Coloss.

I am finally sitting down to update! We went back and had dinner here(a few kinds of pizza) and more dessert. Of the four we tried — margherita with olives and herbs, potato, mushroom, and four cheese — the margherita with olives was the best. The tomato sauce was slightly spicy and it was perfectly seasoned with fresh herbs. That said, the dessert here is still what we’d come back for. And of course the amazing service!

We came here after visiting the colosseum. It’s on a street with other restaurants. Pizza is priced on weight but still cheap. Pizza is pretty good here and it has other types of food. My husband got the sausage with spinach pizza and I got the salami pizza. The salami pizza was pretty tasty compared to the sausage pizza.

If it’s late… and you’re in Rome… and you want to eat food… this is pretty much the place to go. Whether you’ve been out at a bar and are hankering for a pizza at 2am, or your performance of La Boheme runs really late at the Baths of Caracalla… you can stroll on in, give Milvio a high five, and eat some REALLY delicious Neapolitan pizza-donuts…I really don’t know what they were, but they were savory, pizza-like, donut-esque, and the wonderfully kind lady said they were from Naples. Of course, after you’ve eaten 27 pizza donuts, what harm can some deliciously sweet pastries do? Have those too.

If you want to try real italian pizza, here you have it! It’s more like a Bar-fast food kind of thing(not negative). It’s not a «romantic italian restaurant» with small tables and candles … well, you know what I’m talking about… Here, you pick the amount of pizza, pasta or «home made» food you like and they put it on the balance — you either have it the place or you go. DELICIOUS! It’s also nice to sit inside, have an italian wine or beer and enjoy the food. The boss has photos of all his guests from around the world pinned on the walls an it’s a real familiar atmosphere as he comes by checks out if you like the food or to ask what you’re up to in Rome. Always kind, always happy and never disturbing or anything like that. Absolutely recommended!

This was one of our favorite pizza places in all of Italy. Rome was our last stop, and we stayed right around the corner from Forno da Milvio. it was great because you could try many varieties since you pay by the kilo. They are very nice and they even give you samples. Perfect location close to the Coloseum but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Oh, and the owner is really nice!

Really impressed with this hole in the wall joint in Monti– very close to Cavour metro stop. Very good pizza– lots of varieties and cheap. You pay by the kilo(they’ll cut however much you want and weigh it). Couple slices pizza for two people was about 6 euros. You’ll have to pay to get water though. They will heat up the pizza for you; for either eating at a table(yay for air conditioning!) or wrap it up in paper to go. They have many kinds of pizza: potato pizza, anchovy arugula & soft white cheese, white mozzarella mushroom and pork sausage, salami and rounds of mozzarella and a few other kinds. Also saw a sign on the wall that they do a half roasted chicken with baked potato for 6 euros I think. We’ll be trying that next! And– the owners(I think it is the main chef guy and I’m guessing it is his wife that does the cash register) are very sweet– she was very pleased for us to take photos!
