A good Roman trattoria with all the classic Roman dishes ones heart and stomach would desire: cacio e pepe, carbonara, bucatini all’amatriciana, tonnarelli rigatoni, tripe all’abbacchio, and more. They also have wine listed by neighborhood. Service is not the friendliest(unless you’re a celebrity — check photos on the wall) even though I dined here with born and raised Romans. I did have a tasty plate of cacio e pepe and a good espresso. The space is quaint and the walls are adorned with futbol jerseys, flags, photos, news clippings about the futbol club(if I recall correctly) all related to Rome. Where I sat, I got a direct view into the kitchen which I liked. All in all a solid trattoria.
