Horrible Customer service we got in and waited about 10 minutes to be seated AFTER we asked several times if we sat ourselves THEN there was a buffet but they did not seat up or tell us how it worked… the buffet was very weak… there was nothing left… literally just vegetables and spaghetti… a whole Turkey was just bones… the tables were all crammed… our table kept shaking every time someone passed by… after we ate for 20 minutes a waitress asked us if we wanted something to drink and I said just water… she asked with gas or no gas… I said no gas… she brought back sparkling water… after we are vegetables I asked if we could get a menu… we got the menu and I had to flag down the waitress and asked if I could get the antipasti to go… she looked at me weird and after waiting 15 min we just left… there is no order NOONE cares… WILLNEVERGOBACK… the food was nothing special ATALL

Myself and my girlfriend found this place last week and ordered the American breakfast which was amazing. It came with an Americans and orange juice. Afterwards we had Black Forest gâteau cake and watermelon which was equally as good. Today we returned and from the get go the service was abysmal. The two waitresses were very slow to take our orders but eventually we asked for the American breakfast. We wanted a cappuccino instead of an Americans coffee this time and were told we had to pay extra, which was fine but when we finished the breakfast, which only came with one small piece of bread, some eggs and pieces of ham-we realized they didn’t give us the orange juice. So j went up to ask and the waitress said no we only get the Orange juice if we order the Americano which makes no sense cause we paid extra for the cappuccino!!! We realized that they probably said that so they didn’t have to make the effort bs squeeze the oranges to make the juice. Maybe we are being petty but for ten euro that was not worth it at all. Then we asked for a cake and the waitress left us waiting for ten minutes till I went up and she said oh I’m so sorry I forgot… There weren’t even any customers she was serving! Anyways all i know is I will not be back. Poor and lazy service! – written by the girlfriend impersonating the boyfriend

Unfreindly staff, felt like a tourist rip off place with medium food quality at high prices. would not recommend to a freind ever, just not a nice dinner experience.

Horrible service. We came here and waited 45 minutes for a waiter and just gave up in the end and left.

This place has an open buffet brunch where you pay by the plate. The place is actually very quaint inside and makes you feel like you walked into a vintage shop, but with amazing glorious food displayed for you so beautifully in the back. They have all types of food, it’s almost impossible to get a little bit of everything on your plate. There really is just so much variety. I loved everything that I tried there and love the atmosphere and ambiance. It’s really relaxed in there compared to the busy streets of Rome, right near the Trevi fountain. If you ever find yourself near the Trevi fountain and super hungry, come here. I saw so many people with plates piled so high with food I was amazed it all stayed on the plate!

Loved this whole concept. The décor is clean and low budget and soooo cool. You pay a flat fee and fill up your plate for that price. It includes bread and water of course. Theres also wine by the bottle and glass available. dessert is extra. Its so filling and the choices were so good and interesting. Many of the dishes are cold dishes and are meant to be served during this sort of brunch idea anyway. staff is friendly and service very nice. a bakeshop and coffee dessert area is separate if you want to stop by for a casual bite later. so cool. prices are fair too. best to show up for lunch a bit early as the wait was three or four deep at times.

El mejor restaurante de mi viaje a Roma. bonita decoración y comida excelente. Ideal para tomar algo después o antes de ver la fontana di Trevi.

We stepped into this place because of the ambiance; it has an outdoor garden feel. The service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and informative about the menu. Since we all wanted the spaghetti alla carbonara, he recommended different sauces that weren’t on the menu so we could try a few different things. The food was great, the portions were large but expensive. The ingredients were really fresh. I rather pay more and come to a place like Angelina than pay less for pizza that’s been sitting out for hours.

The ambiance was adorable! It was near our hotel and we saw how cute it looked and decided to make a reservation for the night. I’d like to visit Angelina’s again because I think the food would be amazing and perhaps I ordered the wrong things that night. I was also extremely tired. Food: Octopus salad was amazing. This was the star of the meal Asparagus: extremely overcooked and a bit of a disappointment Orchiette pasta with tomato: It was a bit too salty and saucy for me, but I still managed to eat it all. I know we ordered another dish but I can’t for the life of me remember. My friend and I were too busy taking photos of the restaurant because it was so damn adorable. Perhaps it was the mozzarella. We ordered one at every meal and it was the best decision ever! Service: Food was coursed at an above average rate for Roma, but it did take forever to get our bill. Hindsight, I should have just gotten up from my seat and walked over to the hostess. The bathrooms were clean so that was a plus.

My wife and I found this place on Unilocal!while in vacation. It was walking distance from our hotel, so we tried it. Wow! Great food and service. A great value. We returned two more times. The Spagetti alla Carbonara was amazing… A personal favorite and the Tiramisu was wonderful. We loved the wine and the organic olive oil was a great starter on the bread. Charming, good value, good décor, good service. This place was a real find.

We were very lucky to walk past this hole in the wall. Once we sat down in the restaurant the staff was very attentive to our needs. Every dish was fresh and delicious. If you are in Rome I highly suggest a stop at Angelina’s, or in our case 3 stops!

Knowing the owner has its benefits. As we walked into this little stylish restaurant we noticed a table near the window overlooking the street. We thought it would be great to watch the busy romans parade on by. Not so much. When we were shown our seat, we were relegated to the back of the restaurant, against a wall(literally next to the wine/water glass cabinet) Okay, despite this the food was delicious and we made the best of it. As our dinner went on, we saw a couple walk in-who definitely knew the owner– and get seated at a very desirable table. Dont worry– go and try get a good table. But the moral of the story: knowing the owner has its benefits.
