I discovered the best restaurant on the last day. It was right by my hotel! I had an awesome pasta dish. A smoked cheese with chicken speck(bacon) and gnocchi. It was so tasty and delicious. I had to take the leftovers because I couldn’t let this go to waste. I had it cold the next morning and it was just as good. It’s one of those dishes that is good the first and last bite. Italian food in Italy is much more robust and flavorful. When I got back to America I realized how bland many of the foods are. If you pass thru Montecatini check this place out.
