Best Western Biasutti Hotel

Abgesehen von der Lage des Hotels waren wir nicht sehr zufrieden.
Ein derart kleines Zimmer (ohne Kasten) mit italienisch minimalem Bad/​WC hätten wir für diesen Preis und in dieser Sterne-​Klasse (vier Sterne ???) nicht erwartet.
Wenigstens hatten wir den Balkon zur Baustelle im Nachbargrundstück…
Die Kleiderhaken waren staubig.
Das Wifi im Erdgeschoß benötigt ein anderes Passwort als das Wifi im Zimmerbereich und beides funktioniert eher besch… eiden.
Die Lage ist aber gut (nur 5 Minuten zur Fussgängerzone, 7 Minuten zur Anlegestelle) und ruhig.
Unser befreundetes Pärchen hatte beim Zimmer mehr Glück (2 Balkone), größeres Zimmer…
Naja.

If you’ve been to Venice you know how crowded it can get. Lido Island is just a few minutes away by water taxi plus a short walk to this hotel. It’s safe and quite with public beaches and a quaint dowtown area nearby. They offer a huge complimentary breakfast. Out flight arrived a day late but they didn’t cancel our room in case we arrived late at night. Very pro active service. They have a free computer and printer in the lobby which was nice since we didn’t bring our laptops and wanted to use a bigger screen than our phones. Highly recommend, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here, during our Honeymoon 2 years ago. I had originally booked the room for only two nights, but while driving to Venice, we decided we wanted to stay for 4 and while checking in, the front desk personnel were able to make that happen.
The hotel is located on the only island in the city that allows cars, so we were able to keep our car parked close by (the hotel parking lot was located across the street), without worrying about a rental car being parked in the parking garage island, with no easy access to it.
The hotel room was small, yet that’s to be expected anywhere in Europe.
The hotel also offered a free private tour of a glass factory on the island of Murano. I don’t think many people take advantage of this, but they should! We mentioned wanting to do the tour the night before and that morning a gentleman met us and escorted us to our own private jet boat which took us right to the front door of the factory! It was such a wonderful experience and I was thrilled that it was offered by the hotel!
It’s walking distance to the public beach, local grocery store, the main drag of Lido Island (which offers a wide variety of restaurants) and the public transit system.
The ambiance was very Italian Mediterranean. There is a wonderful porch to eat breakfast or have an after dinner drink, where we were able to enjoy the quiet street.
I loved this hotel. We will definitely be staying there again, if we ever get the chance!

Wir hatten leider nur ein Zimmer unter dem Dach. Der Service war unfreundlich und bediente sich als ersters immer selbst am Fruehstuecksbuffet. Ich hatte das Gefuehl, dass ich als Gast eher eine Last fuer das Personal gewesen bin. Die Einrichtung ist ganz nett; eine Renovierung in den naechsten zwei Jahren steht aber an. Das Fruestueck ist eine Katastrophe einzig die Lage ist fantastisch.

Das Biasutti Hotel ist ein ganz besonderes Hotel, die nobelen Räume sind alle individuell eingerichtet, eine echte Perle. Die Balkone sind mit duftenden Blumen bepflanzt und die ganze Straße riecht einfach herrlich.
Das Frühstücksbufett ist leider nicht besser als sonst in
Italien. Besonders exklusiv ist der kalte Gemüsekuchen zum Frühstück.
Die Zimmer waren toll, leider gab es keinen Zimmerservice und der Fahrstuhl war an 2 Tagen defekt und das mit Kleinkind und Kinderwagen, war nicht so toll, daher nur 4 Sterne von uns.
Direkt in der Nähe sind einige schöné Lokale und alte Villen, eine schöné Gegend für dieses exklusive Hotel.
