Day Sail with Captain Max

Just returned from a 7 day cruise where we had a port stop in St Thomas. We wanted to get away from the crowds and shopping. Spending the day on the sail boat Lou, with Captain Max and her first mate Andrew was the perfect get away. Captain Max picked us up promptly at Red Hook Marina and brought us out to her sailboat. As soon as we got on board we felt like welcomed guests and right at home. We headed across the bay toward St John, enjoying the spray, sunshine, and hospitality. We made two stops where Andrew showed us various sea creatures. Turtles, rays, octopus, many many fish and beautiful coral. As this was my first true snorkel experience, they made me comfortable and safe. Max served a wonderful, fresh lunch and drinks were plentiful. The ship was top notch, snorkel gear in great shape but the highlight was spending time with two pleasant, knowledgeable hosts. I highly recommend a day sail with Captain Max. It is a day of memories that will last long after you leave.
