Well and Good

I’ve been shopping at Well and Good ever since Jill opened up, it’s so many years ago now it seems like it’s always been there. I just love the shop and all the staff, who are so helpful and always greet me with a smile.
I can’t recommend Well & Good highly enough it’s more than just a health shop it’s an institution of health in the town of Midleton. I’m so grateful to be able to arrive and buy everything I want in the way of healthy food in the most friendly, positive and helpful environment I’ve ever had the good pleasure of enjoying?
Throughout the years Jill and her staff have help keep my family healthy and have always provided some of the best advise money can buy «free of charge»!!! The product knowledge that Jill’s staff have is second to none and this is because all the staff have a healthy interest in alternative health but also because Jill invests in her staff. Most of the staff have been working at Well & Good as long as I remember and that is always a good sign because they obviously enjoy their working environment and this shows by how they treat the customers.
I have no reservation in giving WELL & GOOD 5 stars if there were more to give then I would given them.

Great health food shop! The two ladies who run it are very helpful and informative. They’ll order anything for you that they don’t have.
Selection of dried goods, staple carbs, selection of tofu, haloumi, soy products. Vitamins, etc. And good selection of beauty products.
All packed into this small gem.
