happy hound going in — scared dog leaving, no water given, my normally very relaxed golden retrived was crying (and bald) when I went to collect him, also while I was waiting a very long time, two customers in reception exchanging their mixed dogs from earler, terrible place, would never go back.

Similarly to the review above, we experienced a very stubborn and unreasonable approach by the owner of this company. our dogs were also groomed very badly, unevenly, missing bits and sheared all over.
when we questioned this with the happy hound owner, the approach was extremely unreasonable and we were dismissed with arrogance and unprofessionalism, with not even as much as an apology for the condition of our dogs. The owner insisted that this is what we asked for.
The owners attitude lacked any degree of customer service, uncompromising and confrontational.
We too would not use this «Groomer» again nor would we recommend this grooming service to anyone .
The happy hound are «Conveniently «happy to shear your dogs and take your money.
