Amazing and really good food! For sure I will come back. We had as appetizer spicy buffalo wings and Italian salad. As main course was Guinness Irish stew and a plate of mussels. Finished with crema catalana and profiteroles as dessert. Everything was REALLYGOOD and YUMMY!!! The restaurant looks elegant and feels cozy. The servers were attentive and provided a really good and professional service to us.

Stopped by for a quick bite on the way to the coast. My party got salmon pizza and Greek salad, and I got the fried calamari. Food was fast, fresh, and tasty. A great place if you’re looking for a variety of portion sizes, styles, and favors!

I LOVED the fried brie. I could probably eat this all day. Also, their calamari. The squid tasted so fresh, not frozen at all, and the batter was on point. Their calamari are large rings, unlike any calamari I’ve had in the states. I also tried their chicken curry, which tasted very good but the five stars go to the fried brie and calamari appetizers. I still remember them! Now I have to search everywhere for these two in the states…

I enjoyed this place. There was a nice feel and our server was very nice. I ordered a very tasty 8oz burger !! It was great and provided me with plenty of leftovers. The price was also reasonable unlike some other places in the area. My friends enjoyed their meals as well and I’d definitely recommend this place for a tasty burger. There was just something very good about the beef that was used. yummy in my tummy

A variety of Irish and international food with great options for vegetarians. Food was delicious. Affordable wine selection. Staff was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations. The booths were cozy and comfortable.

Waited 45 minutes for starters and another 30 for mains. No explanation given as waitresses avoided eye contact at all costs. My sister ordered the chicken curry and when it eventually came it was burnt and tasted like it had been in the microwave too long. I ordered the Mexican burger which was okay apart from the fact that it wasn’t cooked properly all the way through. When paying there were a lot of excuses made but no genuine apologies to be heard. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place. Avoid at all costs.

The pizza I ordered was burnt in places, hilariously they tried to cover up the burnt part with pizza sauce…

My wife had flat bread pizza and she loved it. I was disappointed in the fish and chips. We’ve had alot better on our trip. A friend had lasagna and it was good with a big portion. Ice cream is okay and all the scoops in Ireland are small.

The one Mexican restaurant in town was closed. We opted for this place as it was just around the corner. In lieu of Mexican food, we ordered the calamari and the Mexican burger. I personally loved the calamari. Huge rings of octopus deep fried and crispy. The sauce was a perfect mix of sweet and sour. My husband didn’t like as he prefers chewy calamari. The Mexican burger was satisfactory but nothing exciting. It certainly had great salsa and a decent amount of jalapeños but the bun felt more like an English muffin rather than a bun. No dessert. We decided to walk down the street to Murphy’s for ice cream. A busy place despite my four stars, so maybe people know something I don’t.

My boyfriend and I got take-away, which apparently makes the pizzas cheaper– good to know! We chose out of the few vegetarian options. So we ordered a four cheese pizza– so delicious for all of those cheese lovers out there. And we also got the vegetarian stirfry, which was alright. There was just the right amount of vegetables in it. But the noodles were a bit dry and not saucy in some areas. Though the parts with the sauce were indeed, very good. Just overall decent, but I would definitely recommend their 4 cheese pizza.

The food was great. The buffalo wings had a yummy tang. The seafood chowder was good(not as good as Caragh Restaurant right down the street, though). The spaghetti and pizza were tasty, too. Service was good. Nice candle light ambience. I’d eat there again.

My daughter and I were in search of a restaurant with vegetarian options and chose this one last week. We were seated promptly. My daughter had a pasta dish and I had one of the daily specials. Both were generous in size and very tasty. We also appreciated that they had WiFi available, because the B&B we were staying at did not.

First, this is NOT an Irish restaurant. They feature pizza, pasta, and seafood. The chowder is excellent – full of mussels with a flavorful broth. Other mussel dishes and pizza were good. Guinness quenched thirst, but the wine seemed overpriced – watch out. Service was good.

This place is great and has great service. The food is phenomenal and a good bang for your buck. The only downside is the Guinness, not from the right tap. Other than that, totally recommend. Cheers.

A place called Salvadors in Ireland? Well, it was darn good. A nice and varied menu that satisfied the wife, the kids and me. There is a lot of room and it is not too noisy. Staff is pleasant and efficient. I am glad we visited Salvadors during our visit to Killarney.

Tasty pizza; decent service. Interior is dull but clean and servicable. A fine restaurant for a casual meal.

We were looking for a place to dine for dinner and we saw this place and perused the menu. It looked interesting, but 8:00PM it was packed. We had to wait a few minutes for them to set a table for 5. This was our last meal in Killarney before heading back to Dublin. I wish I could remember what we all had but whatever it was, everyone was happy, HAPPY. No complaints and the service was excellent. we were there in Aug, 2010.

DELISH! i ordered the veg stir fry and it was absolutely fabulous!!! there was a slight kick of spice. my friend’s ordered the bangers and mash and the lasgana and they each also enjoyed their meals. the service was adequate but quick. the ambiance was nice and it was quiet while we were there which was about 6−630pm. i highly recommend eating here if you are in the area.

Salvadors in Killarney is basic enough. Since it opened several more pizza restaurants have opened and closed due to lack of business or rather lack of knowledge on how to make a decent pizza. The Laurels bar/restaurant in Killarney does the best pizza I have tasted. A few more to mention are Four star pizza(take away) Domino’s pizza(take away or delivery) and just recently opened Milanos. If you happen to go to Dingle there is a genuine italian pizzeria just opposite the Droichead beag(small bridge) bar on Main St. He also sells slices and they are the best I have tasted outside of Italy.
